Unlike traditional builds, we combine hands-on craftsmanship with advanced engineering logic, including 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and CNC-cut tooling. This ensures every vessel is lighter, stronger, and built with absolute precision.
We utilize vacuum-infused epoxy construction rather than standard hand-laid polyester. Epoxy systems offer significantly higher strength, lower weight, and better fatigue resistance compared to traditional polyester resins, resulting in a more durable and efficient vessel.

- ProCat X34: A high-performance offshore power catamaran (10.2–10.6m).

Yes. We believe in transparency and allowing buyers to experience the superior handling of our boats firsthand. We offer live video demos and physical test rides in various conditions. Our ProCat X24 demo vessel is currently available for sea trials at our George showroom.
Yes. HR Yachts is a trusted contract manufacturer for leading South African marine brands that align with our quality philosophy. We are the exclusive manufacturer for the Atomic Power Boats 22ft Offshore & Sport range and the Nautitech Suzuki sport leisure range (including the Flamingo 216 and RiverPro 440).
Yes, HR Yachts is the official South African agent for Wet Sounds (USA). We supply and install their entire catalog of “world-class” products, from the high-performance Marine Range (speakers, amps, tower speakers) to the rugged Lifestyle Range (Cooler boxes and portable speakers).
Absolutely. We are fully SAMSA certified. Additionally, as part of our expansion strategy, we are currently in the process of obtaining USA and EU certifications to ensure our vessels meet global safety standards.
